PAC - Apply Deposit Distribution

Overview

The TASS.web Parent Accounts ‘Apply Deposit Distribution’ program is the 'trigger' to process the deposits based on the distribution methods selected in TASS.web Finance > Parent Accounts > Student Deposit Refund > Distribute Deposit Monies.

Any deposit refund batches not yet applied will be displayed when entering this program. 

Click 'Print Batch' for an edit listing of the batch.

You can edit the batch by returning to TASS.web Finance > Parent Accounts > Student Deposit Refund > Distribute Deposit Monies.

Click 'Apply Now' to apply the refund.
