Update Medical Details

Parents can update the following medical information for their children: 

• General Medical Information including UD fields and Swimming Information 

• Medical Conditions 

• Immunisations 

• Immunisation Register 

• Practitioners

• Supplementary Information 

Medical information to update is dependent on Medical Records Setup settings. 

Update Parent Address Details

Parents can now update their address information from the profile page within Parent Orbit.

Addresses to update are dependent on Parent Lounge Setup settings and Split Family Access controls. 

New Daily Digest

The new Daily Digest on the homepage includes:

• eDiary: today's electronic diary events for all students from all feeds (except for the Timetable and School Calendar feed) 

• Notices: daily notices and events from the School Calendar 

• Notifications: today's notifications 

• Illnesses: any students who have checked into sick bay  

Each daily digest option has the a Today, Yesterday and Tomorrow toggle and the ability to drill down to their respective screens. 

Homepage - Action - Absences

Updating Add Absence screen to display the date range picker dates in DD/MM/YYYY format.
