School Links - Side Menu

Within the hamburger menu (side menu) in the app, this version includes:

• School Links menu: This includes all school links within their respective categories that have been ticked to 'Include in Parent Orbit App'. 

• School Links on the left menu as menu items: This includes all school links that have been ticked to 'Include in Parent Orbit App' and 'Side Menu'

Enhancements have been made in v58.4.200 (a development build is ready on your test environment) to Staff Kiosk > School Links > School Links (Maintain) to include: 

• A Yes/No column for Parent Orbit on the landing page of School Links 

• New tick box to 'Include in Parent Orbit App'

• New tick box to include on 'Side Menu'

• New tick box to include on 'Homepage' 

Extra Curricular 

Within the Student area, the Extra Curricular tile includes: 

• A summary page per student including a count per year, Activities they're a part of, and a filter to include previous years.

• Within the drill down on the Extra Curricular Activity, the following details are included: 

• • Activity Details e.g., Level, Year

  • Other Details (User Defined from setups) and attachments 

  • Comments

Illness Details

Within the Student area, a new Illness Details tile has been added for parents to view see Illness History. 

The Illness history includes: 

• Quick view of why the student is/was in sick bay, date and check in time. 

• Within the drill down (tapping the incident), the Description note, Treatment and Discharge Date/Time are visible. 

We are currently investigating the following:

• Including 'active' illnesses on the homepage where the parent/s have children currently in sick bay i.e., no sign out time. 

• Enhancing the UI for Illness Details to include more of a dashboard style.

Students - Extra Curricular

New Extra Curricular activity data and history including Activity details e.g. Level, User Defined data and Comments.
