I'm trying to mark or generate reports and there are subjects missing?

When subjects are uploaded through 'Import Student Subject Data' with the following option set: 'Remove ALL existing and create new', the Student Subject record/s are removed. Often this new upload contains brand new term/semester subjects and would exclude subjects the student was previously taking. For example, rotating subjects in a Semester mode timetable.

This upload setting does not remove any comments or results that have been added.

To resolve this issue, if you require Subjects to be marked and included on Academic Reports, you'll need to re-add those subjects that were removed.

This only occurs when uploading to the same Term / Semester.
