How do I email the parents of NCCD students to inform them that their child is being included in the Census?

The Learning Support module is self-contained; it is not currently possible to generate emails to parents from this module.

If your school uses UD Fields or UD Areas alongside the Learning Support module, you may generate emails based on this within a different Staff Kiosk or TASS.web program.

Otherwise, you could produce a list of relevant student records from the Learning Support module and use this in conjunction with another report or listing (e.g., labels or letter merges), using the Student Code as the main identifier between the two lists to manually create your email list.
