GL Accounts Summary

This program produces a graphical representation of the period-by-period performance of your General Ledger Cash at Bank and Debtor's control accounts, as well as other nominated 'Key Financial Data' budget information.

You may nominate any accounts of choice to be displayed on the 'Key Financial Data' graph. These accounts must have reporting code #4 allocated against their GL account definition. This is set up at the account code level on the 'Reporting Codes' tab.

The Cash at Bank and Debtor's control account representations are displayed as a line graph, depicting a trend analysis of summarised data for this year and last year, whilst the 'Key Financial Data' representation displays a bar graph representation of your year to date actuals against the year to date budget allocations against the nominated accounts.
