Communicating with Staff Video
This video explains how to communicate with teachers and non-teaching staff using the Staff Kiosk. It demonstrates accessing the Meetings Communications program to send alerts, SMS messages, and emails, as well as scheduling meetings. The tutorial covers filtering staff lists, identifying available communication methods, creating alerts with acknowledgment options, sending SMS and emails with attachments, and contacting multiple staff members simultaneously using the “I Want To” button.
This video references the 'Teacher' menu. From v01.059.10.200, this menu was renamed to 'Staff’.
To start the video, click the

‘Full Screen’ icon, or use Ctrl and + to zoom in, and Ctrl and - to zoom out.
To enable subtitles, click the
‘Closed Captions’ icon and select ‘English’.
