Adding a new Enrolment Record in Community mode Video

This video demonstrates how to create new enrolment records in TASS.web Community Mode, explaining how Community Plus links all entities for a person, ensuring a holistic view of their relationship with the school. The session covers identifying existing records, linking them correctly, how to prevent duplicate person records and entering new enrolment details for parents and students. Two scenarios illustrate the process: one for a past student enrolling a child and another for a donor parent. The video also shows automated notifications, address updates, and safeguards against duplicate entries, concluding with where to configure email recipients for system-generated alerts.

Since the filming of this video, all schools now have the Community module enabled by default. TASS.web Community was a prerequisite for TASS Version 52.
