TrackOne Integration Checklist

This checklist can be used as a guide for configuring the TrackOne Integration.

Staff, students and parents can now seamlessly navigate from the TASS portal products into the TrackOne Studio Learning Analytics Suite, supporting the use of data insights for more effective decision-making and goal-setting.

Step	Item	Details
1	Pre-requisites	Ensure you meet the following pre-requisites: Minimum TASS Version: 57.7. Minimum TrackOne Version: 22.2.11 You must be licensed for the TrackOne Learning Analytics Suite Not mandatory: ensure the SSO is enabled across TASS products and the TrackOne Learning Analytic Suite. If you do not have SAML Single Sign On enabled, users will be asked to authenticate. Note: both products must use the same SAML Single Sign On identity provider.
2	TrackOne configurations	Update Role Permissions (Administration > User Management > Roles): To enable deep linking at the Class Summary and Student Profile levels please ensure that all associated staff roles have the permission 'Allow External Deep Links' enabled. For further assistance on these configurations within TrackOne, please log a ticket with the TrackOne Customer Care team.
3	Configure the API	System Admin > Utilities > API Gateway Maintenance: - 'External APIs' tab - TrackOne Studio Integration - View. Enter the details. TrackOne Studio URL: Insert your TrackOne Studio URL format e.g., https://[DOMAIN]/LearningAnalytics/ or https://[DOMAIN]/TrackOne/ Would you like to enable this API? Check the box to enable. Enable access to TrackOne Learning Analytics from Staff Kiosk: Check the box to enable the TrackOne Analytics link in: Top Toolbar Homepage & Roll Call: Timetable Hamburger Menu Homepage & Roll Call: Timetable Hamburger Menu > Class Analytics Student Details > Student Profile > Analytics Enable access to TrackOne Learning Analytics from Staff Kiosk Markbook: Check the box to enable the TrackOne Analytics link in: Assessment > Markbook Enable access to TrackOne Learning Analytics from Parent Lounge: Check the box to enable the TrackOne Analytics link in: Top Toolbar Student Details > Academic Analytics Student Details > Academic Reports Student Details > Academic Results & Comments Enable access to TrackOne Learning Analytics from Student Cafe: Check the box to enable the TrackOne Analytics link in: Top Toolbar Ensure you have the TASS.web Security Permission for '--- TrackOne Studio Integration'
4	Review Integration/Functionality	Check the TrackOne links display as expected by ghosting in as a parent, student or teacher.
