How to Display the Student Timetable in Parent Orbit
The student timetable is viewable in the eDiary on the Calendar tab of the Parent Orbit app.
For the timetable to be visible in the app, it will be necessary to enable the eDiary and assign Student Cafe permissions to students, as the app looks at these permissions to know which feeds to display.
Enabling the eDiary tile

1 | Navigate to TASS.web System Admin > Utilities > API Gateway Maintenance > OAuth2 API Applications tab > ORBITPARENT: Edit | 🔲 |
2 | Scroll down to Calendar and Daily Notices. | 🔲 |
3 | Tick the scopes for ‘Student eDiary’ and ' Student eDiary Attachment'. | 🔲 |
4 | Click Save. When the change to the scope is applied, parents will be required to re-verify their session. This means parents will need to log in to the app again. | 🔲 |
To enable the Timetable feed in the eDiary

3 | Tick the ‘Timetables’ checkbox. | 🔲 |

5 | Repeat steps 2-4 for each Year Group you would like to have the timetable visible for. Note: Student Cafe licenses are not necessary to be assigned for the feed to be viewable in the app. | 🔲 |
